She brings seven professional certifications to every client relationship: life coaching, precision nutrition, personal training, women's wellness, and more. But what she really brings is the ability to look at where you are right now — not where you're supposed to be — and find a path forward from there. 

 

Her clients are women navigating burnout, life transitions, perimenopause, and the quiet exhaustion of holding everything together. They're high-achievers who've been excellent at showing up for everyone else. They're people who've tried the programs, done the research, and still can't make it stick — because nobody's ever looked at their actual life and helped them figure out why.

Life Coaching

This isn't therapy, and it isn't cheerleading. It's a structured, honest partnership focused on where you want to go and what's actually in the way.

 

Carolina helps clients get clear on what they want, identify the patterns that are keeping them stuck, and build the daily habits and mindsets that make change sustainable. She asks hard questions, listens carefully, and guides you back to your own inner knowing — because the answers are usually already there.

 

Areas of focus: burnout and recovery, life transitions, self-worth and boundaries, relationships with work and with yourself, clarity on what comes next.

Nutrition Coaching

Food is not the enemy. Restriction is not the answer. And you don't need a perfect diet — you need a way of eating that works for your life, your budget, your body, and your schedule.

 

Carolina holds dual nutrition credentials and has worked with clients from all walks of life: truckers eating fast food on the road, retirees navigating diabetes, busy professionals who can't remember the last time they cooked a real meal. She works with what you have, not what a program says you should have.

 

Areas of focus: building sustainable eating habits, understanding your body's needs, navigating menopause and hormonal changes, reducing inflammation, eating well on a real budget.

Personal Training

Movement is medicine. It doesn't have to be a gym. It doesn't have to be intense. It has to be consistent, appropriate for your body, empowering, and sustainable.

 

Carolina is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with experience working with clients across a wide range of ages, abilities, and starting points — including people recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, and returning to movement after a long time away. She meets you where you are, helps you identify your existing strengths, and builds from there.

 

Areas of focus: strength and functional movement, injury prevention and recovery, building sustainable physical movement, training for longevity, movement for women at every stage of life.

Step 2: Build your plan. Carolina puts together a personalized approach based on your goals, your life, and where you want to start. Coaching, nutrition, training — or all three together.

 

Step 3: Do the work Sessions are scheduled around your life. You'll have consistent support, honest accountability, and a plan that evolves as you do.
